In 3 weeks, my body fat went from 42.9% to 39.2%. That’s 10 pounds of pure fat loss (8 pounds net). And that’s pretty freaking awesome.
Beginning on January 19th, I will be participating in my Crossfit's “Rock the Box” body transformation challenge. Because I refuse to annoy all of my social media contacts with healthy food and obnoxious motivational sayings (both of which I personally love), I will be documenting my
hopeful success here. So strap in and get ready to read about carb cycling (that’s where you bike to a bakery, right??).
End of the year goal: Complete a pull up.
